Terms of service

These terms apply to alejandrocarbajo.com and the owner-operated PersonalBrand Social Connector maintained by Alejandro Carbajo Vidales.

Purpose and authorized use

The connector is an operational tool for social accounts Alejandro owns or is authorized to manage. It is not a public social-media management service. No person may use it to access, publish to or monitor an account without the account owner's authorization or in breach of a platform's terms.

Automation boundary

A connected account, webhook, schedule, database state or generated draft does not by itself authorize a public post, reply or private interaction. Actions remain subject to the connector's permission, safety and human-approval controls.

Availability and changes

The website and connector may be changed, suspended or withdrawn to protect people, accounts, data or platform compliance. They are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Third-party platforms

Facebook, Instagram and other services are operated by third parties. Their own terms, permissions, limits, review decisions and privacy practices apply independently. Alejandro does not control their availability or approval process.

Responsible use

• Do not attempt to obtain credentials or bypass account security.
• Do not submit unlawful, abusive or unauthorized content.
• Do not rely on the website or connector for medical, legal, financial or emergency advice.
