Data deletion

You can revoke access or request deletion of data associated with the PersonalBrand Social Connector at any time.

Revoke access immediately

Remove PersonalBrand Social Connector from the Apps and Websites or Business Integrations settings in the Facebook or Instagram account that authorized it. Meta will stop issuing new authorized data to the connector after revocation takes effect.

Request deletion

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject Social connector data deletion.
  2. State whether the request concerns Facebook, Instagram or both, and include the relevant Page name or Instagram username.
  3. Describe whether you want access revoked, stored identifiers deleted, or both.

Do not send a password, access token, identity document or private message content by email. Alejandro may ask for a minimal account-control check before deleting data so that another person cannot delete your information without authority.

What happens next

The request will be acknowledged and handled without undue delay, normally within 30 days. Applicable credentials will be revoked or removed, and connector-held identifiers will be deleted, tombstoned or irreversibly redacted. A minimal deletion record may be kept to demonstrate that the request was completed or where security and legal obligations require it.
